The staff was excellent! Friendly, efficient, helpful. The location is amazing, being right on the beach access road and in walking distance of shops and food. I was very happy with the price since it was the hotel with the best location in town.

The room was large and roomy it had a nice balcony. And it was comfortable. We were on the dolphin floor, me being a dolphin lover enjoyed all the dolphin rembermalia.

Our room was spacious. The King bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed the extra space and table. We played cards and ate snacks.

Morgan, Mary and the other lady who helped us at the front desk were beyond wonderful! They are what "made" our stay. The hotel is beautiful and has every amenity you could want and then some, even if things are a bit older, it's still just perfect! The room was spacious, kitchen (microwave, fridge and sink) with table and chairs and there was a good view of the ocean. The pool was a great treat, although chilly, it was just like the good 'ol days It was a most memorable trip for my girls and I <3

The front desk staff was very friendly. House keeping was very friendly and accommodating with fresh towels and taking used ones and garbage right at the front door of our room. They front desk called me after I checked out to let me know house keeping found some ear buds left in our room after we checked out and offered to ship them to our home. That was amazing to me.

The size of the room was great; bigger than I thought. Very clean and neat, and quiet. Nice size refrigerator and microwave. I really enjoyed using the little fireplace. Staff was very helpful. When we checked in they had to change room to pet friendly, and it was $8.00 cheaper than originally purchased. Very nice!

Love the location where you can walk around different shops, love the pool and hot tub, rooms were decently sized.

There was no breakfast - restaurant and bar closed. Bed was comfortable. Lots of space in room.

I’m a big fan of the ocean so I’m always inclined to having a fun time at beach side hotel. I’ve been to the Silho before and I’d definitely go again, the rooms are very nice and kept as clean as possible, along with having very friendly staff. The location is also in a perfect spot, being close to a pizza restaurant and several souvenir shops in walking distance, which is very convenient.
